Discovering your brand’s true identity. How does your brand stand out among the others? What makes your business different? Who is your target market? Why would people choose your brand over others?
- Salon culture. What type of salon experience are you providing your guests? Continuously elevate the experience for your guests and employees.
- Word of mouth isn't enough. The majority of salons rely on word of mouth to market their business. Word of mouth will keep you afloat but will not give you control to target your ideal guest. Social media marketing is where it’s at! (AND it’s FREE!)
- Start with baby steps. Don’t think you have to revamp your business overnight. Small consistent changes are much easier to manage!
- Create a game plan! We suggest making a list of short and long term business goals. This will help you create a clear vision of the steps you need to take.
