Your Spotlight Educator
Alison Valsamis (@braidedandblonde) is a master stylist and colorist in Fairfield County, Connecticut. With 15 years experience behind the chair as well as over 10 years as an educator.
In 2017 she was named one of Modern Salon’s Top 100 Game Changers and Influencers, is a part of the Modern Salon Artist Connective Team, and was nominated for a Behind the Chair One Shot Award.
In 2018 she styled the August cover of Modern Salon and won the BTC ONE SHOT for upstyling. She is a Design.Me hair artist and has worked with manufacturers all over the country and internationally leading a team of styling educators and currently specializes in offering technique driven non-branded education.
