Q: What can I expect to gain after watching an online SALT SOCIETY class?

A: First, once you join our Community Platform, you are now an official SALT SOCIETY SQUAD MEMBER! Squad Members will be added to an exclusive email list where they can have access to up to date private promos / specials, new launches and upcoming events. We have a selection of videos ranging in duration and subject. No matter which tutorial you watch, expect to experience all of the knowledge bombs. We made it our goal to jam pack valuable education in all of our videos so you can feel empowered no matter what!

Q: How long can I access my videos?

A: Not to fear, if you purchased an online tutorial prior to November 22nd, 2021, you have forever access to stream your videos! This means you can pause, stop, start, and take notes at your own pace, as many times are you'd like (Yay!)

A: If you joined our Community platform (monthly membership) you will have access to our entire vault of online tutorials including a new tutorial each month for as long as you are a member. If you cancel at any point, you will lose access to all of your online content.

Q: How often will you be launching new content?

A: We got you covered! The Community launches one new tutorial, success kit, and mindset video every month. This means, new techniques, more education, and more intense knowledge bombs consistently coming at ya!

Q: How can I join a hands-on or demo course at the SALT SOCIETY classroom?

A: Our SALT SOCIETY classroom is located in the historic town of Cheshire, CT. Our classroom holds up to 40 students with TV/camera capabilities for close up viewing of coloring techniques. Our hands on classes are specifically designed for only 10 students max. This ensures each student gets the one-on-one attention for the most optimal learning experience. Our team launches collections of classes ranging from scientific formulating, beginner to advanced balayage, corrective coloring, and modern foiling techniques. SALT SOCIETY makes it their mission to make this a memorable laid back learning experience for every student. We encourage our students to ask as many questions as possible!

Q: How does the SALT Society Community (Membership) work?

A: Our SALT SOCIETY Community has open enrollment. Not only will you gain access to entire online education vault, you will also receive never before seen content each month. Content will surouns real-life situations from our Educators and Coaches (Professional hair tutorials, Salon Business and Marketing education, and Mindset Development).

Q: What are SALT SOCIETY’S return policies?

A: For In House Hands-on/ Demo ticket purchases:
All class fees are non-refundable. However, your tickets are transferable from artist to artist if you are unable to attend the class. All transfers must be made 1 week prior to original class start date upon request and approval, pricing changes may apply depending on class. We do not allow more than one transfer per artist. Please send all transfer requests to support@saltsocietyeducation.com

We reserve the right to cancel a class, at which point a full refund will be provided back to artist. We also reserve the right to postpone a class, at which point students will receive a full credit to use at another time. Full payment for class must be made upon class reservation. For Online Class and Hair Tutorials: All online class purchases are non-refundable. For additional questions or requests, please email support@saltsocietyeducation.com

For Travel Classes (Host Salons): All travel class tickets purchased through www.saltsocietyeducation.com are non-refundable/ non-transferable.

For Salt Society Merchandise & Apparel: Salt Society accommodates exchanges for damaged or incorrect size items. Only damaged items will have no return shipping costs. Exchanges must be made within the first 30 days or exchanges are no longer applicable.

Q: Can I only access my videos from my computer?

A: No way! You can access your account or videos from any device, anywhere!

Q: Can I download tutorials to my computer?

A: The only way to access our education is to be signed into your account via our website. So remember you log in credentials! If you have trouble logging in at any time, please email support@saltsocietyeducation.com
